Every recitation scored. Every parent informed. Every session done in minutes.
Hifdh Academy replaces scattered notebooks and WhatsApp groups with one tool teachers actually use — from attendance to assessment to monthly parent reports.
These are the three things every school we talked to said out loud.
Progress lives in scattered notebooks
Every teacher tracks accuracy, tajweed, and pages differently. When a student switches class, the history disappears.
Parents only hear the headline
Weekly WhatsApp updates at best. No scores, no recordings, no context. Parents feel disconnected from their child's progress.
Teachers can't see the full picture
Who is falling behind? Which class is improving? No dashboard, no trends — no way to know until it is too late.
Features
Everything a hifz school actually needs
Not a repurposed LMS. Every field, every report, every screen is designed around how Qur'an memorization actually works.

Core
The daily teaching workflow, end to end
One screen covers the whole class. Start a session, mark attendance, assess each student's recitation with accuracy and tajweed scores, attach a voice recording, and end the session. No switching between tools, no paper — one flow a teacher finishes in the minutes after class.
The fields match what teachers already track: recitation type (memorization or murajah), page range, separate accuracy and tajweed scores, mistakes, and notes. Not a gradebook — the form is designed around how hifz is actually taught.

A recording for every recitation
Teachers capture the student's recitation directly in the app. Recordings attach to the specific assessment, are downloadable with student name and juzz in the filename, and parents can listen from the portal.
Parents enter their email and receive a one-time code. No passwords, no app download. From the portal they see assessments, recordings, attendance, goals, and milestones for their child.

How it works
Up and running in one afternoon
01
We onboard your school
We create your organization, add teachers, and import students. Usually done the same day.
02
Students complete their profile
Teachers register students with basic info. Each student gets an email to fill in the rest themselves.
03
Teachers run sessions
After each class, the teacher marks attendance and records assessments. The whole flow takes minutes.
04
Everyone sees the picture
Parents get live portal access and monthly PDF reports. Admins get a school-wide dashboard. No guessing.
Also inside
The details that make it a real product
Everything you expect, built the right way.
Student self-onboarding
Share a completion link and the student fills in their own profile in a 4-step guided flow.
Recording library
Every recording a student has ever made, searchable and downloadable in one place.
Assessment timeline
Scroll a student's full history with filters by type, date, and session.
Per-student goals
Set goals with progress percentage and target dates. Shown to parents in monthly reports.
Milestones feed
Celebrate wins — finishing a juzz, completing a goal, hitting a streak.
Private teacher notes
Notes teachers leave that parents never see. Useful for internal observations.
Teacher management
Invite, assign roles, remove teachers — all without leaving the app.
Recurring schedules
Sessions recur daily, weekly, or on custom patterns. Edit one or a full series.
Late vs absent distinction
Because fifteen minutes late is not the same as not showing up.
Mobile-responsive
Teachers on tablets, parents on phones, admins on desktops. Every screen works.
English & Albanian
Fully translated UI. Arabic in active development and coming soon.
What teachers say
From the schools using it every day
★★★★★
Before this, I kept everything in a notebook. Now I finish assessments during class and the parents already have the scores by the time they pick up their child. I genuinely don't know how we managed before.

The monthly PDF report is the best thing. Parents used to message me every week asking for updates. Now they get a proper report on the first of every month and they feel like they're actually part of the journey.

★★★★★
We tried three different school management tools before this. None of them had the right fields — they were all built for maths teachers. This one actually understands what we're doing in the classroom.
